Born as a handcrafted leather shoulder bag inspired by Western bohemian style and ‘70s vintage fashion. Named after the vast American plains and the Sioux word “Dakota,” meaning ally or friend, this designer handbag combines timeless elegance with bold personality.
Made from premium full-grain vegetable-tanned cowhide leather, each bag features either a smooth or natural pebbled finish (volanata), making every piece unique. The leather is eco-friendly, durable, and develops a beautiful patina over time. Hand-stitched with strong waxed linen thread, the Dakota Bag honors traditional craftsmanship with a rugged, authentic edge. At the center of the bag, a real natural stone is set by hand, making it a distinctive boho-chic detail that adds character and symbolism. Stones include green agate, red jasper, chrysocolla, Chinese turquoise, unakite, and rhodocrosite, chosen for their earthy colors and raw energy.
